Machine Operator / Construction Equipment Operator (m/f/d)

Locations: Bremen, Hamburg, Lower Saxony - Germany-wide assignments possible

Your tasks with us:

  • Operation of state-of-the-art asphalt mixing plants
  • Use of wheel loaders and other machines on the construction site
  • Care, maintenance and servicing of your machines

What you should bring:

  • Completed training as a construction equipment operator, machine operator or similar is an advantage
  • Experience in handling mixing plants and construction machinery
  • Class B driving licence
  • Team spirit, enthusiasm and a high degree of reliability

HR Administrator (m/f/d)

Location: Osterholz-Scharmbeck

This is how you contribute to the team:

  • Support our HR team in all tasks
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll accounting
  • Manage and maintain personnel files and prepare employment references
  • Contact person for personnel-related questions from employees on site
  • Relieve and assist current colleagues in the HR department

Ideally, you have:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Sound knowledge of labour law (e.g. Working Hours Act, youth employment protection)
  • Professional experience in payroll accounting, preferably in the construction industry
  • Confident handling of MS Office and strong communication skills

Construction Helper (m/f/d)

Locations: Bremen, Hamburg, Lower Saxony

Your area of responsibility:

  • Support in all construction phases in building construction and concrete construction
  • Assistance in the operation of machines such as wheel loaders
  • Preparation and follow-up of construction sites, cleaning, tidying up
  • Option for further training as a suction excavator operator

Payroll Administrator (m/f/d)

This is where you come in:

  • Independent processing of payroll accounting
  • Contact person:in for all payroll and tax law issues
  • Maintenance of personnel master data and administration of personnel files
  • Exchange with health insurance companies, offices and other bodies
  • Implementation of legal and collective bargaining requirements
  • Support with statistical analyses and annual financial statements

Your profile:

  • Commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk, tax clerk or similar)
  • Professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally in the construction industry
  • Very good knowledge of payroll accounting
  • Experience with Nevaris is an advantage, but not mandatory
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Initiative, team spirit and careful working methods

Foreman in Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

Locations: Bremen, Hamburg, Lower Saxony - interregional assignments also possible

Your role with us:

  • Responsibility for the organisation and smooth running of the construction sites
  • Supporting the site management and contact person for customers, authorities and subcontractors
  • Ensuring occupational health and safety on the construction sites
  • Coordination of schedules and resources
  • Close cooperation with project and site management

What you should bring:

  • Completed training in construction or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally further training as a foreman, plant foreman or master craftsman
  • Relevant experience in civil engineering
  • Class B driving licence and good knowledge of German
  • Independent, structured way of working and sense of responsibility
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with planning software (e.g. MS Project, Powerproject, Tilos)
